I want everyone to understand how truly grateful and appreciative I am of Geoff’s work as an IT professional. When I first met Geoff he impressed me with his knowledge and expertise.
I described to Geoff that I was looking for technical equipment and software, where I could revolutionize my client note taking requirements and electronically digitize the information. Then be able to store this data in an easy accessible way within my client filling system. No problem for Geoff. Within several months I had purchased the equipment, received Sun Life approval to install the software and hardware. Geoff completed the installation within a short period of time. Geoff helped train my staff and me on how to use the Dictaphone and Dragon Speak systems. This was 18 months ago. I have been so impressed right from the start. The hard part was training myself and believing in what the system could do. Geoff has always made himself available to help with any problems and continues to inquire about how the system is working.
Today I believe I have saved approximately 500 hours of my time. Most of this has been in the last 12-13 months. I can only type with two fingers, but I can speak at 200 words per minute. Geoff, with your help, knowledge and expertise you have revolutionized my time and my business. last week when I had a compliance auditor in my office, when she seen my system and heard an audio replay of my notes to files, she actually stopped and did not ask for the last three client file documents. She said she had never seen anything like this and wished all advisors were using this technology. This is what really sold me on what Geoff has done for my business.
